The fees generated from the 1% borrow fee levied on all loan advances as well as a 31% of ALL liquidation profits are used to buy NUKEM tokens from the market and are deposited in the sNUKEM ERC4626 pool.

When users single-side stake their NUKEM tokens they receive sNUKEM ERC-4626 vault tokens.&#x20;

**sNUKEM** tokens represent your share of the pool. Your **sNUKEM** tokens are continuously compounding!&#x20;

When you unstake, you will receive all the originally deposited NUKEM tokens plus any additional NUKEM earned from **revenue share of fees**.&#x20;

**sNUKEM** will also allow users to take part in governance via snapshot.
